What Charmy is
Charmy is a workforce operations tool for small businesses in the Philippines. It records kiosk clock-ins, tracks attendance and leave, computes payroll and statutory contributions, and keeps staff records for the organization that signs up.
Acceptable use
Charmy is intended for managing the staff of the organization that created the account. Sharing manager credentials outside that organization, or using the product to store data unrelated to its own workforce, falls outside what this description covers.
Accounts and access
The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and controls who else can sign in. Staff PINs and kiosk pairing codes belong to that organization and are visible only to its managers.
